Unique features of Credihealth’s online healthcare portal
Few features of Credihealth make this online healthcare portal quite unique. Most of the online healthcare portals in India limit themselves to providing information on doctors and hospitals across the country. And, a few of them has the option to book an appointment with a doctor. Credihealth, on the other hand, is much more than just booking appointments with preferred doctors. It provides patients with surgery cost and treatment estimates from three or more hospitals. A patient can then thus take the best decision. This online healthcare service of Credihealth simplifies the entire hospitalization and treatment process. It not only saves time and money but also helps a person avoid the hassles of hospital visits for getting treatment quotations.
Credihealth’s online healthcare portal has large number of curated videos of patients. In the videos, patients who went through several health conditions and treatments narrate their experiences.
Patients also have the option to chat with specialist doctors before undergoing a treatment or post treatment. In this way, Credihealth has managed to build efficient virtual clinics where patients can get in touch with medical specialists.
The company also has a health app with which a patient can avail all the healthcare services online using a mobile phone.
